Signup for Pete Seeger concert

We are planning a 30-40 minute concert in tribute to Pete Seeger on Tuesday February 4th at 9PM EST at the stage across from the Prancing Pony in Bree.

Based on responses so far, I am expecting the following band members to play at this concert: Delphyfer, Krokhur, Siltharan, Hobbelion, Hobbedoc, Briallan, Siggarek, Brytford, Andilras (Ringolion and Radgallac will be available as fill-in).

If any other band members can play this concert, please let me know as soon as possible (on this thread, via PM, facebook or whatever).

NOTE: I will be updating this initial post in the thread as I get responses from band members as to whether they are available to play this concert.

I am available for any of the three (and shamefully admit I watch the Super Bowl for the adverts and half-time, then just check the scores if I care about either team). 

I think I like the early Saturday time, as well.  I think it's a good slot, and fits the material; all day Saturday is usually a high-traffic time, too. I'll vote the Saturday, 5pm Servertime slot.

Available Friday and Tuesday, working Saturday.

Ok, talked to Hobbs in-game and I think we will go with Tuesday 9PM, since Friday is prolly pushing it, and we have 4 players who can make it Tuesday -- hopefully a few other band members can make it as well.

At Bree Stage like last tribute? If no objection or alternate proposal to the above plan in next day or so, I will start publicity.

Is 9 PM ST early enough? Ought we try for earlier?

I would say no, since (1) I have already sent publicity to lotroartists and (2) we should be done well before they start.

I'm not sure if I can make it. I get off work at 5:30 so it all depends on how quickly I can get home. I think you'd better not count on me but if I pop in, I can take an instrument from an alt if need be.

The last three songs are for encores or emergencies -- we may not play them.

Oh!  Hadn't thought to put it out there, but I'm thinking we do our "Concert Blacks" for dress. 

I'll try to have some dye and extras tomorrow in case anyone needs.

Edit: Never mind. Hobbedoc had the uniform and gave it to Hobbelion. We're set.
