After tabling (for now) the thought of regular concerts, we decided to discuss possible concert themes, which I'm including in a list below:

  • Ales and Tales, Monday nights (Lobelia)
  • Talk Like a Pirate Day (Sept. 19?)
  • VG #3

Didn't we talk about movie themes? We have some already and might be able to cobble some others together.

Yeah we did talk about movie themes; I have just one done (Romeo and Juliet).

While I agree it's fun to have themes, and it does make us sort of distinctive as a band, it could also be fun to just do a concert of stuff we liked (which is what other bands do) -- if you have some stuff you really want to do, it might be a while before you could find a theme that would fit it.
